This morning the committee celebrated the inaugural flight to Miami operated by American Airlines in cooperation with Iberia.
The ceremony took place at Barcelona airport and had the parcipation of Ms. Maria Sebastian, Vice President and Managing Director- EMEA Sales and Marketing of American Airlines, Mr. Luis Carmelo, Area Sales Manager of Iberia, Ms. Sònia Corrochano, Director of the Barcelona Airport and Mr. Greggory D. Crouch, the American Consulate in Barcelona.
Passengers join the celebration and enjoyed a special catering service sponsored by the Committee including cake and champagne.
Barcelona Air Route Development Committee (BARDC) has welcomed the commitment of these two companies at Barcelona Airport confirming the potential of the airport.
